Rainy Thursday for Eastern Visayas, Caraga

MANILA, Philippines – Eastern Visayas and Caraga in Mindanao should be ready for light rainshowers on Thursday, August 21, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In their August 20, 5 pm bulletin, the agency said these regions can expect light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. 

Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, are in for isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by partly cloudy to cloudy skies.

Light to moderate winds will prevail all over the archipelago. Thus, coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
