MANILA, Philippines – The Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 190 km west of Iba, Zambales (15.5ºN, 118.0 ºE), state weather bureau PAGASA said on Saturday morning, August 23.

Mostly in the afternoon or evening, Metro Manila and the rest of the country are expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

The provinces of Cagayan, Ilocos Norte, and Palawan will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
