MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – Tropical Storm Mario (Fung-Wong) slightly weakened on Friday evening, September 19, state weather bureau PAGASA said.
As of 10 pm Friday, the center of the tropical storm was located at 91 km northwest of Laoag City. Mario packs maximum sustained winds of 75 km per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 90 km per hour.
