MANILA, Philippines – Several parts of the Philippines will have cloudy skies on Monday, October 20, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

Visayas, CARAGA, Northern Mindanao and the province of Palawan will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms, according to the bureau’s 5pm weather bulletin.

The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) is affecting Visayas and Palawan.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast to east will prevail over Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.

Elsewhere, winds will be lght to moderate coming from the southeast to east with slight to moderate seas.
