Isolated light rains for Northern Luzon on Wednesday

MANILA, Philippines – The regions of Cordillera, Ilocos and Cagayan Valley in Northern Luzon may experience isolated light rains on Wednesday, November 19.

This is according to the November 18, 5 pm bulletin issued by state weather bureau PAGASA.

Metro Manila and the rest of the archipelago, meanwhile, are in for isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms that are likely to fall in the eastern regions.

Moderate to strong winds will prevail in Northern and Central Luzon, making coastal waters in the area moderate to rough.

In other parts of the country, winds will be light to moderate leading to calmer seas.
