MANILA, Philippines – Some parts of Luzon will be cloudy on Friday, November 21, state weather bureau PAGASA said. 
In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, November 20, PAGASA said the Bicol region, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. 
The tail-end of a cold front is affecting Central Luzon, while a northeast monsoon is affecting extreme Northern Luzon.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and Ilocos region will have cloudy skies with isolated light rains, while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 
Coastal seas will be moderate to rough as moderate to strong winds blow from the northeast over Luzon.
Elsewhere, they will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the east to northeast.
