Low pressure area spotted east of Mindanao

MANILA, Philippines – A low pressure area has been spotted 1,300 kilometers east of Mindanao, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In the agency’s November 24, 5 pm bulletin, it added that the eastern section of the country is likely to experience isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms on Tuesday, November 25.

The same type of weather can be expected in the rest of the archipelago.

Moderate to strong winds are likely to blow coming from the east to northeast in Northern Luzon making coastal waters in the region moderate to rought.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate leading to calmer seas.
