MANILA, Philippines – Central and Eastern Visayas and CARAGA regions will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain showers on Sunday, December 4, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its 5am weather forecast Sunday, PAGASA also said Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will be cloudy with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will cause moderate to rough seas throughout the archipelago.
