Central Luzon, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, and Ilocos will also have cloudy skies, but with light rains.

Partly cloudy skies will bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Visayas and Mindanao, and isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

The tail-end of a cold front is still affecting Southern Luzon and Eastern Visayas, while a northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon and Central Luzon. 

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast over Luzon and Visayas, causing moderate to rough seas. Coastal waters elsewhere will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast to north.
