Light rains for E. Visayas, parts of Luzon on Thursday

MANILA, Philippines – Eastern Visayas, Bicol region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon may experience light rains on Thursday, January 29, said state weather bureau PAGASA.

In the agency’s Wednesday evening bulletin, it said Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon can expect isolated light rains that day as well as partly cloudy to occasionally cloudy skies.

The rest of Visayas and the entire region of Mindanao will have isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas. Thus, ocean waters in these areas will be moderate to rough.

In Mindanao, prevailing winds will be light to moderate resulting in slight to moderate seas.
