Cloudy Saturday for parts of Luzon, Visayas

MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies will prevail over parts of Luzon and Visayas on Saturday, January 31, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Friday, January 30, PAGASA said Bicol, Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains in the next 24 hours. 

A northeast monsoon is also affecting Luzon. 

Partly cloudy skies will bring isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over the rest of Visayas and Mindanao, and isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

Moderate to strong winds will blow from the northeast over Luzon and Visayas, causing moderate to rough seas. Coastal waters elsewhere will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast.
