Rainy weather for E. Visayas on Thursday

MANILA, Philippines – Eastern Visayas may experience some bad weather on Thursday on February 12 according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

The agency said in their Wednesday bulletin that the region may have light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms on this day.

Cagayan Valley, Bicol and the provinces of Quezon and Aurora can expect light rains brought by cloudy skies.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon need only prepare for isolated light rains.

The rest of the archipelago meanwhile may have isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Due to the Northeast Monsoon, moderate to strong winds will prevail in Luzon making ocean waters here moderate to rough.

Visayas and Mindanao can expect light to moderate winds making sea waters calmer.
