Lights rains for E. Visayas, Caraga on Wednesday

MANILA, Philippines – The regions of Eastern Visayas and Caraga can expect light rains on Wednesday, March 4, because of a weak northeast monsoon, said state weather bureau PAGASA.

In their Tuesday evening bulletin, the agency said the regions are also bound to have cloudy skies on that day.

Meanwhile, Luzon, including Metro Manila, may have isolated light rains. The rest of Visayas and Mindanao will have isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms brought about by partly cloudy to cloudy skies.

Light to moderate winds will prevail throughout the archipelago. Thus, ocean waters will be slight to moderate.
