Isolated rain in PH on Sunday

MANILA, Philippines – The state weather bureau said the Philippines will experience isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms on Sunday, March 8, as partly cloudy to cloudy skies will cover the country. 

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) cited the “weak northeast monsoon affecting extreme northern Luzon.”

“Light to moderate winds coming from the east to northeast will prevail over northern Luzon and from the northeast over the rest of the country. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate,” PAGASA added in its weather bulletin Sunday.
