Chedeng packs maximum sustained winds of 95 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 120 km/h. 

Earlier at 5 pm, PAGASA said Chedeng had winds of 115 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 145 km/h.

PAGASA placed 19 areas under storm warning signals, down from 26, as Chedeng is expected to make landfall on Sunday morning, April 5, over the coast of Isabela-Aurora area.
