MANILA, Philippines – The whole Philippine archipelago will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms on Monday, April 20, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

According to its Sunday afternoon bulletin released on April 19, moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the east to southeast will prevail over the Eastern section of Luzon. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough. 

Meanwhile, winds will be light to moderate coming from the East to Southeast with slight to moderate seas. 

It added that the easterlies are affecting the eastern section of Luzon and Visayas.
