MANILA, Philippines – The entire Philippines is likely to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Wednesday, April 22, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

Isolated rainshowers or thudnerstorms are also expected in the afternoon or evening, added the agency in its Tuesday evening bulletin.

Winds throughout the country are likely to be light to moderate. This will lead to slight to moderate seas.
