MANILA, Philippines – The entire Philippines is likely to have partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Tuesday, April 28, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

Isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms are also expected in the afternoon or evening, added the agency in its Monday evening bulletin.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds will prevail in the eastern areas of Luzon and Visayas. Thus, waters in these parts will likely be moderate to occasionally rough.

For the rest of the archipelago, winds are expected to be light to moderate. This will lead to slight to moderate seas.
