MANILA, Philippines – The whole country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Saturday, May 30, according to state weather bureau PAGASA.

In its 5 pm bulletin Friday, May 29, PAGASA said these skies will bring isolated thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening in the next 24 hours. 

A ridge of high pressure area is affecting Luzon.  

Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate, as light to moderate winds blow from south to southwest over Luzon, and from the southeast over the rest of the country.
