WATCH: Heat crowd chants “LeBron is tired” at Cavs superstar

MANILA, Philippines – The Miami Heat beat the Cleveland Cavaliers, 99-84, and improved their record to 12-6 while dropping the Cavs to 13-7 on Sunday, December 6, at the American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida.

A lot of why the Heat won was due to the play of Goran Dragic, who had 17 points plus 8 assists, and Dwyane Wade, who posted 19 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 dimes. Tyler Johnson also played well with 19 points off the bench.

But also a reason why the Heat was dominant from start to finish was due to the absence of 4-time NBA MVP LeBron James, who sat out his first game of the year to “rest” against the team he played for from 2010-2014.

James was in action the night before for Cleveland against New Orleans, when he finished with 37 points but was unable to lead his team to an overtime win.

During the fourth period of the game with the Heat about to go up by 20, Miami fans started a “LeBron is tired” chant at their former superstar.

You can see towards the end of the clip that James starts playing with the two rings on his left finger, likely pointing out that he helped Miami win two NBA titles in 2012 and 2013.
