WATCH: Draymond Green mocks LeBron James for flagrant flop

MANILA, Philippines – The WWE may want to call LeBron James for this month’s Royal Rumble after his sell of a flagrant foul call against Draymond Green.

James’ flop came in the second quarter of the Cavs’ blowout loss to the Golden State Warriors on Monday, January 16 at the Oracle Arena. James, who stands 6-foot-8 and weighs 250 pounds, bounced to the floor after a collision with Green and laid face down on the floor as if he’d been run over by a truck.

Green was called for a flagrant foul one. The appropriate call should have been a flagrant foul none.

Afterwards, James rubbed his beard and mouth area as if he had been hit there, despite replays showing he took the entire impact on his upper body. Some jawjacking with Richard Jefferson in the aftermath resulted in a technical foul on top of it for Green.

Green could do nothing but make light of the ridiculous call, mocking the flop as he walked towards the scorers table.

James told ESPN that he’d be OK despite the collision. “I’m all right. I’m a football player.”

NBA on TNT analyst Charles Barkley called the foul “bogus,” while Shaquille O’Neal argued it was a flagrant “according to the letter of the law.” Twitter memers were quick to chime in as well.

The foul was Green’s second flagrant one of the season after one of his notoriously wayward feet ended up on James Harden’s face last month. Green was suspended for Game 5 of last season’s finals due to accumulated flagrants after swiping at LeBron’s groin in retaliation for James stepping over him.
