The win was San Beda’s second in a row, moving them to 4-1 for a tie for second place. Benilde, which was led by 16 points and 15 points from Jonathan Grey and Jose Alfonso Saavedra, respectively, falls to 1-4. 

“I was injured coming into the season but I’m starting to be in full strength,” said Adeogun in a media alert.  

San Beda led by as much as 19 points, 35-16, in the second quarter but squandered it after the Blazers closed the gap at 48-50 at the end of the third period.
