Ateneo and La Salle continue to draw a huge crowd in the UAAP, especially come finals time

MANILA, Philippines – Students, alumni, former players, politicians, and celebrities all came out during Game 1 of the UAAP Season 79 Finals between archrivals Ateneo and La Salle on Saturday, December 3, at the Mall of Asia Arena.

After blowing an early 16-2 lead, La Salle held on late for the win thanks to the heroics of “King Archer” Jeron Teng. 

Game 2 is on Wednesday at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.
