The new charging capabilities allow 10 minutes of charging to support the phone for up to 4 hours. It also takes half the charging time of an iPhone 6 to fully charge.

We got to play around with the Samsung Galaxy S6.

The Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge use a Quad 2.1GHz + Quad 1.5Ghz Octacore processor and uses 3GB of LPDDR4 RAM. Though it doesn’t support micro SD cards, both the Galaxy S6 and the S6 Edge come in 32, 64, or 128GB storage capacities.

The Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge sport 5.1 QuadHD Super Amoled screens supporting 577 pixels per inch The Edge’s curves also support additional notification features.

The Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge also use F1.9 lenses on both its 5MP front camera and its 16MP rear camera.

S6 and S6 Edge are slated for a worldwide release on April 10.
