MANILA, Philippines – Hunger is a global issue and fighting it should be everyone’s concern.

Universities Fighting World Hunger is a network of 300 campuses combining multi-disciplinary academic action agenda with grassroots student activities to address domestic and global hunger and malnutrition, especially among children.

The webcast will highlight innovative advances being made in ending hunger. An emphasis will be placed on university and student engagement. There will be discussion with a Q&A session for the online audience.
