MANILA, Philippines - In this edition of #TalkThursday, Rappler talks to 2013 senatorial candidate Jack Enrile - son of Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile.
Enrile is on his first term as the representative of the 1st District of Cagayan, returning after he finished 3 terms from 1998 -2007. The bills he authored are the Batas Kasambahay, Food for Filipinos First, Credit Access and Protection Reform and the Anti-Monopoly Bill.
He is part of the senatorial slate of the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA).
In the May and September Pulse Asia surveys, he was listed as “Enrile, Juan Ponce ‘Enrile’ Jr.’” Pulse Asia president Ronald Holmes admits many respondents may have confused Rep. Enrile for his father.
