About Acor Arceo
Acor Arceo is the head of copy and editorial standards at Rappler.
Trained in both online and TV newsrooms, Acor ensures consistency in editorial standards across all sections and also supervises Rappler’s coverage of disasters.
Before joining Rappler as Central Desk editor, Acor started as writer then rose to become executive producer for the ABS-CBN News Channel, a top cable news source in the Philippines. She also co-headed ANC's pioneering social media team, helping to grow the news channel's Twitter following from 100,000 to more than 2 million.
Acor obtained her AB Communication degree from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2008.
