Paul first wanted to study psychology but as circumstance and fate would have it, it wasn’t an option in his hometown. Instead, he took up Information Technology at the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology and, as the cliche goes, has never looked back.

Paul heads Rappler’s tech team, co-managing Rappler's software products and, because life is a constant process of learning, he continues to walk people through the travails of tech.
