Beth is a writer, producer, photographer, videographer, newscast producer and multimedia head for Rappler. She studied Political Science in UP Diliman and learned more from the streets of Manila as a student activist. She was detained in the early 90's with her newborn son.

She worked in ABS-CBN as supervising producer for "TVPatrol World", "Bandila" and "Breaking News,” after producing "Talkback with Tina Palma" and "The World Tonight" for ANC.

In between Rappler and ABS-CBN, she produced reports for CNN, AP and other foreign news agencies. She is the mother of 3 boys and is passionate about storytelling, sunsets and science fiction.
