Smart launches iPhone 12 on new Signature 5G Plans
Smart takes subscribers further into the future with this combination

[Editor’s note: Smart complements the 5G-capable iPhone 12 with its Signature 5G plans. Below is their press release.]

Mobile services provider Smart Communications, Inc. is taking subscribers further into the future as it launches the latest iPhones – iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 Mini – with the new Signature 5G Plans.

The first Apple devices with 5G capabilities, the latest iPhones will open exciting possibilities for subscribers as they offer a higher level of performance for uploads and downloads, higher quality video streaming, more responsive gaming, and real-time interactivity for breakthrough 5G experiences.

The latest iPhones also take users into the future with new advanced features – from the Apple-designed A14 Bionic chip, the fastest chip in a smartphone, Super Retina XDR displays, pro camera systems, and innovative design.

First dibs on 5G with new Signature 5G Plans

Smart welcomed the much-anticipated iPhone 12 by unveiling the new Signature 5G Plans, which are specially designed with generous data allocations to unlock the capabilities of Smart 5G’s superfast speeds, ultra-low latency, and higher efficiency.

Just by adding P300 per month, subscribers can get two times more data with Signature 5G Plans versus the regular Signature Plan L and XL.

Signature 5G Plan L is available at P2,299 per month and comes with monthly 30GB data, Unli AllNet Calls and Texts, and 150 mins PLDT Calls.

Those who are looking for more data can get Signature 5G Plan XL at P3,299 per month, which comes with monthly 60GB data, Unli AllNet Calls and Texts, and 300 mins PLDT Calls.

All Signature 5G Plans come with Data Rollover, which means all unused data allocation from the previous month will be carried over to the following month.

With bigger data allocations, subscribers can simply make the most of super fast Smart 5G: downloading a 20-minute episode from Netflix in seconds, streaming high-resolution videos without buffering, or playing high-bandwidth mobile games without delay.

“Our 5G future is here, and we’re enabling our subscribers to embrace this new platform with our Signature 5G Plans, which make it so much simpler to maximize the superior features of the new iPhone 12,” said Jane J. Basas, SVP and Head of Consumer Wireless Business at Smart.

“On top of this, Smart Signature lets you take full control of your mobile lifestyle and gives you rewarding experiences via the GigaLife App so you can just focus on slaying your goals in your career or passion,” Basas added.

Available on the Apple App Store, the GigaLife App enables subscribers to track their usage, add data boosters, or conveniently pay their monthly bill with just a few taps on their smartphone. The app also features GigaPoints, which lets users earn and accumulate points that may be exchanged for data perks and very soon exclusive treats from lifestyle partners.

With the Signature 5G Plan L, subscribers can get the iPhone 12 (64GB) at P2,799 per month with a one-time cash-out of P5,820.

With the same plan, Smart subscribers can get their hands on the future with the iPhone 12 Pro (128GB) at P3,099 per month with a one-time cash-out of P10,100 and iPhone 12 Pro Max (128GB) at P3,299 per month with a one-time cash-out of P11,110.
