Ticket2Me launches ‘IKLI’ super short film festival
Pitch your "super short film" ideas by June 30 and stand a chance to win big at the festival

Editor’s note: Ticket2Me’s IKLI film festival is accepting entries through June 30. Below is their press release.

Bitin! We deserve better!”

This is the theme of the inaugural IKLI: Super Short Film Festival recently launched by Ticket2Me, in partnership with the Movement for Good Governance (MGG), YouthLed, and YouthVote Philippines.

The “super short film festival” provides a creative space for people to use the power of film to express their thoughts, needs, and opinions in relevant social issues.

“The goal is to cull out a collective voice and form connectivity in the era of social distancing and community quarantine,” explains Ticket2Me CEO Julie Anne Bautista.

The festival is open to all Filipino filmmakers and content creators, both professional and amateur. Production grants await qualified creators and their pitches.

IKLI features three film categories based on their total runtimes:

  • Micro short (60 seconds or less)
  • Mini short (between 1:00-2:20)
  • Short (between 2:21-5:00)

Winning entries across all categories will premiere at IKLI: Super Short Film Festival. Awards and cash prizes for best film and fan favorite film will also be given away per category.

Interested creators may read the festival mechanics and submit their project pitches through the official entry form.

The deadline of submission for entry pitches has been extended to July 15, 2021. For more information, please email ask@ticket2me.net.
