LIVE: Smart Launchpad Workshop
MANILA, Philippines – Being a content creator goes beyond filming a video of yourself and uploading it online.
It takes courage to share your passion to the world. Pair your skills with some tech know-how and you may soon well be on your way to making waves as the next big thing on the Internet. Who better to learn these from but industry professionals and influential YouTubers themselves?
During the past few months, we've shared with you videos we've created in collaboration with some of the most influential online creators with the hopes on inspiring aspiring creators to share their passion and interests to the world. (READ: #OwnIt: The makings of an online creator)
On Friday, October 7, Smart will be holding a workshop that aims to hone the skills of aspiring YouTubers. Programs include modules on understanding the YouTube audience, fundamentals of creative content strategy, a Samsung 360 camera instructional, basic editing/video/audio/lighting, and building your YouTube audience.
The Smart Launchpad Workshop brings together the top 100 aspiring content creators selected from 1,500 entries to the Smart Launchpad program. These participants will be tasked to create a final video entry for a shot at winning Samsung gadgets and a trip to Los Angeles, California to collaborate with a YouTube Star.
