WHAT’S THE VIBE?

A mix of residential and business establishments gives this neighborhood the perfect work- where-you-live vibe. Office buildings coexist with residential buildings with wrought iron gates, and modern high rises stand against a variety of shops and restaurants. All of these combine to give the neighborhood its vibrant but laid back feel.

The surrounding main streets are busy and during rush hour, they can get pretty congested. But the center and smaller side streets are great for walking and biking around. You will find lots of working people walking to and from work or having working lunches out in one of the many trendy restaurants.

At night, even during the workweek, the local bars are filled with people grabbing a night cap. It is an ideal location for the on-the-go working executive and families looking for their first home, since it is situated close to the heart of the Central Business District but still caters to a variety of lifestyle needs.

Wildflour is the kind of restaurant that is good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Not to mention its round-the-clock bakery that is a big draw for foodies. Gino’s Brick oven Pizza

Lulu caters to all different sorts of palates with its international menu. The dishes, like the atchuette and orange glazed US porkchop, are comfort food with a gourmet twist. Commune Cafe

This cozy little shop goes beyond the regular coffee and tea with their signature 3-d latte art. Try sipping a cup of coffee with a 3D rendition of a cat staring at you.
