Have you ever settled for love?

MANILA, Philippines – We watch movies, read novels or hear real stories of girls who will give everything just to stay with their “one true love.” They endure, even if it means giving up so much of their time, or even compromising their values for the relationship.

It takes a lot of courage and strength to let go. And sometimes, it takes a lot of time and effort to realize that you deserve better. 

Put yourself first. Love yourself, accept who you are and still be your best beautiful despite the crazy things that happen when you’re in love or in search of it. 

A woman needs to realize that she deserves someone who inspires her to be a better person. And discovering your self-worth is far more important than having a significant other. 

It won’t be easy especially when you see people coupled up.

It may be painful and you can have your share of tears. There may be a time you’ll get impatient but in the end it will be worth it. 

Do it for you and no one else. 

Taking care of yourself inside and out, including your skin, is also very important. Not because you have to look good to stand out, but so you can feel good and confident about yourself. This will help you realize that you deserve someone who accepts you for who you are.
