It has been a year since the pandemic hit and disrupted people’s daily routines, especially when it comes to facing work.

Employees were forced to shift to the unconventional way of doing their jobs, with the implementation of remote work being the biggest change. This sudden movement has posed a number of issues, from logistics and access to technology to finding motivation at work.

But despite the challenges the working population faces, employers are striving to embrace this change by lifting their employees up, so that they don’t just survive, but also thrive in these uncertain times.

To inspire employees and companies alike, Rappler, in partnership with Accenture in the Philippines, launched Thrive Through Change.
