MANILA, Philippines – FOCAP will hold its 9th Teodoro Benigno Lecture on Journalism on Aug. 28, 2015, from 9:00 am to 12noon at the amphitheatre of the Ateneo Professional Schools at No. 20 Rockwell Drive, Rockwell Center, (across the Power Plant Mall) in Makati City.
