Digital and social media leaders come together for #SHIFTDavao

Among the speakers are Rappler CEO Maria Ressa and TechRap Producer Michael Josh Villuanueva, as well as Yvez Gonzalez of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority and Bianca Gonzalez of ABS-CBN. The other speakers are Luke Meinzen of the US Embassy, Secretary Lucille Sering of the Philippines’ Climate Change Commission, Robert Shore of Frame Works, and Jaypee David of Globe Telecom.
#SHIFTDavao will kickstart a nationwide movement to bring social media education not just to students, but to anyone who wants to harness the power of virtual to make a difference. The conference will tackle strategies and provide examples on how to create the right buzz for a cause, business, product, or service. The speakers will show how we can manage our social media time wisely and get great results in the process.
#SHIFTDavao will start at 8:00 AM next Friday, July 27, at the Finster Auditorium, Ateneo de Davao University in Davao City. The event will be streamed live and watched from the University of the Immaculate Conception (Bajada Campus) Auditorium. Tickets are priced at P450 for students and P950 for non-students.
