Automatic suspension of clases (READ: Zoraida: More areas under storm signal #1)

• Siargao Island
• Agusan del Norte
• Surigao del Norte
• Surigao del Sur
• Bukidnon
• Misamis Oriental
• Camiguin
• Siquijor
• Southern Cebu
• Bohol
• Negros Oriental
• Southern Negros Occidental

Provinces

• Agusan del Sur – classes in preschool
• Davao del Norte – classes in all levels until further nortice, according to Gov Rodolfo Del Rosario
  
• Davao Oriental – classes in all levels, according to Gov Corazon Malanyaon
• Dinagat Islands – classes from preschool to elementary as per PDRRMC advisory

Localized suspensions

• Cebu towns Sogod, Borbon, Tabogon, San Remigio, Medellin, Daanbantayan, Madrilejos, Santa Fe and Bantayan – classes from preschool to highschool until November 15 (READ: Week-long suspension of classes in 9 Cebu towns)
• Butuan City, Agusan del Norte – classes in preschool
• Surigao City, Surigao del Norte – classes in preschool, according to city DRRMC
• Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte – classes from preschool to elementary
• Tandag City, Surigao del Sur – classes in preschool, according to Mayor Roxanne Pimentel
• Tagum City, Davao del Norte – classes in all levels
