Class suspensions: Monday, July 14

MANILA, Philippines — Here is a list of schools and areas where classes have been suspended for Monday, July 14, as compiled by Rappler. 

As per Executive Order No. 66, all classes at the preschool level in areas under Signal no. 1 are automatically suspended. All classes at the pre-school, elementary, and secondary level, meanwhile, are automatically suspended for areas under Signal No 2. 

Based on PAGASA’s 11 am weather bulletin, the following areas have been placed under Signals Number 1 and 2:

• Camarines Sur
• Catanduanes
• Albay
• Sorsogon

Signal number 1:

• Metro Manila
• Batangas
• Cavite
• Laguna
• Rizal
• Bulacan
• Pampanga
• Bataan
• Zambales
• Tarlac
• Nueva Ecija
• Pangasinan
• Southern Aurora
• Masbate
• Marinduque
• Quezon
• Northern Samar

Other announcements:

• CAMARINES SUR: Classes in elementary and high schools suspended from Monday to Tuesday, July 15.  
• MANILA, National Capital Region: Classes in all public and private elementary schools and pre-schools. 

Public Storm Signal No 1 has been declared across much of southern and central parts of Luzon due to tropical storm Glenda (international name Rammasun).
