Traffic rerouting schemes in Metro Manila for Undas 2014

MANILA, Philippines – Some Metro Manila cities have prepared for the influx of visitors to cemeteries for All Saints’ Day on Saturday, November 1, and All Souls’ Day on Sunday, November 2.

At least 3 cities are implementing traffic rerouting schemes around cemeteries, and have firmed up peace and order measures to ensure a solemn commemoration of “Undas.”

	Makati rerouting scheme for Undas 2014 Many streets around Makati’s cemeteries will be closed starting midnight of October 31 until 12 am of November 2.
	Marikina rerouting for Undas starts October 31 From 12 pm of October 31 to 12 pm of November 2, the city will implement a one-way traffic scheme on the stretch of A. Bonifacio Avenue which will only allow vehicles going to Marikina City from Quezon City.
	Parañaque traffic rerouting, safety plans for Undas The city’s rerouting scheme will be implemented starting at 6 pm on October 31 and will be in place until November 2.
