 In view of Proclamation No. 936, s. 2014, declaring the days of the 2015 visit of Pope Francis in the Philippines as special non-working days in the National Capital Region (NCR), the Department of Foreign Affairs-Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) wishes to inform the public that DFA Aseana (at Macapagal Boulevard) and all mall-based DFA Satellite Offices (SOs) in the NCR (National Capital Region) shall be closed from 15 to 19 January 2015. 

There shall be no passport processing, releasing and other related consular services during those dates.
