APEC advisory: Metro Manila roads still closed on November 20

MANILA, Philippines – Several roads in Metro Manila will remain closed on Friday, November 20, as world leaders are set to leave the country following the conclusion of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said the following roads will remain closed:

Starting 6 am to 10 am

Starting 6 am to 4 pm

Starting 8 am to 10 am

Starting 9 am to 12:15 pm, and 1:45 pm to 3 pm

Roxas Blvd will remain closed to motorists, while EDSA-Evangelista, after Magallanes going straight to Mall of Asia will be passable. – Rappler.com
