Brand Integration Manager

As Brand Integration Manager, you shall primarily be tasked to acquire new accounts/new business, and maintain existing accounts and increase their earning potential in order to meet both monthly and annual sales targets.

Find as follows your specific duties and responsibilities:

1. Sales Support

  • Support Sales and Accounts team with creative proposals that pitches various Rappler campaigns, coverages, shows, or other services to meet brand's objectives 
  • Pitch ideas to clients together with sales team and improve as clients provide feedback until project is closed 
  • Lead project kick off with internal units together with accounts representative to onboard project stakeholders 
  • Oversee closed projects to ensure KPIs are met. Work with data, social, community if needed, and create campaign reports to be reported back to client 

2. Content Innovation

  • Launch and market revenue generating content innovation campaigns, together with editorial teams, to attract and build new communities that sales team can pitch to partners 
  • Continuous alignment with editorial teams on coverages that can be pushed to clients for sponsorships 
  • Assist editorial team on show launches/relaunches through marketing initiatives and work with internal support groups

3. Marketing

  • Help in creating marketing efforts for Rappler brand and work with internal and external groups
  • Build strategic partnerships, together with Sales head, that can generate new business models 
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry advances and anticipate future developments to create profitable revenue streams whenever possible by identifying new opportunities and encouraging implementation of solutions

4. Ensures growth of its subordinates by coaching and training them towards career advancement

5. Works collaboratively with other unit heads and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational and unit goals.

Community Lead

We are looking for a Community Lead who will set strategic direction for and supervise all of Rappler’s community efforts related to its pillars of journalism, community, and technology. We need someone who has already strategized for organizations and who understands and has experience in building communities of action – activism both online and in the real world; understands digital marketing and measuring impact of tactics; writes well; is articulate; and of course shows leadership skills. It would be a bonus if she/he has experience in national campaigns or business development.

Community and Digital Communications Specialist

A Community and Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for community-building and engagement efforts, as well as brand reputation management of the organization. He or she works with a team of fellow Community and Digital Communications Specialists and interfaces with other units within Rappler and communities outside.

Core duties and responsibilities

  • Create and produce digital content geared toward audience growth and community engagement
  • Monitor and report the outcome of audience and civic engagement efforts
  • Collaborate with other Community and Digital Communications specialists and perform the following: community-building and engagement efforts; crowdsourcing and citizen journalism executions; curating social media posts; and content production
  • Propose and write reports and stories related to data gathered
  • Design and implement online content marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Plan and organize online and on-ground social media, citizen journalism, and community-building events
  • Start and moderate discussions online, and engage the social media community in smart conversations

Senior Content Strategist

This senior post plays a dynamic role in creating strategic campaigns with brands within the Rappler space and looking at opportunities for brands to support Rappler's communities. 

This role will help continue shape native advertising and educate partners on its effectiveness in reaching their target audiences in Rappler.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new and manage existing accounts by looking at new opportunities to generate sales 
  • Lead strategy building for campaigns and Rappler products and services, being aware of current brand campaigns 
  • Knowledgeable with digital trends, platforms, and performance analysis
  • Implement and ideate on new business models for the Rappler group
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and build strong partnerships 
  • Handle full project management for each account – from ideation, presentation, to publication
  • Support other tasks implemented by the sales department
  • Any other functions within the terms of engagement 


  • Should have a background in Brand and Digital Marketing and some experience in events management 
  • Knowledgable on Brand Management processes across the marketing mix (e.g. from brand positioning, insighting to segmentation of target audience profiles) 
  • Should have strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Driven to achieve sales target, quality results, and budget effectiveness

Content Strategy Specialist

Front-End Developer

We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated in combining the art of design, user experience, and programming. Responsibilities will include the translation of the UI/UX wireframes/design comps to code that respects the visual elements of the design.

This role will work closely with our product team to create innovative front-end solutions, enhance the newly built website and build meaningful executions as another way of storytelling. You will work with UI/UX designers and stakeholders to bridge the gap between designs and technical implementation.


  • Develop new user-facing features
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Document work to enable other developers to build on progress
  • Work with back-end engineers to integrate front-facing features with APIs

Back-End Developer

We are looking for a Back-End Web Developer responsible for coding and managing server-side code. Your primary focus will be the development of server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well.

The Role: In a Nutshell

We are looking for a Data Analyst with an interest in social media management and analytics, market research, or statistics to be a part of the analytics team. The team supports a myriad of audience intelligence programs which may include marketing, social listening, audience nurturing, and user experience. Our work is used to create insight and enable the development of hypotheses and theories on what behaviors, social connections, and content sensitivities drive demand. We are currently leading the way by using big data techniques to deepen the digital analytics capability. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and a passion for educating people on the meaning of data.

What You Will Do

  • Establish best methodologies and approaches for data forensics and data insight
  • Analyze and advance the framework of our measurement strategies to efficiently measure the business, improve outcomes, and enable close audience relationships

  • Data savvy with experience in Python
  • Knowledge of UX, data visualization, statistical methods, regression, or predictive modeling methods a plus
