PHL Philharmonic Orchestra, baritone Andrew Fernando to hold benefit concert

MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra (PPO) and internationally acclaimed Filipino baritone Andrew Fernando will hold a benefit concert on Friday, November 29, for the benefit of Saint John Bosco Parish (SJBP) Makati's feeding program and other projects.

Titled "Live the Dream: A Celebration of the Season," the concert will be held at the SJBP church at 7:00 pm.

The orchestra will be under the baton of Maestro Hermenigildo Ranera. SJB Parish Priest Fr. Ting Miciano, the SJB Grand Chorale, and other artists will also perform during the concert. Ms. Boots Anson Roa will host the event.

The proceeds of the concert will fund the feeding program for children attending Sunday Catechism classes, the free medical and dental clinics, and the installation of stained glass panels around the church.
