MANILA, Philippines - February 23, 2015 promises to be an enjoyable day for golfers and non-golfers alike at the Ayala Greenfields Golf and Leisure Club in Laguna. The first Philippine Women's University Alumni Association (PWUAA) Golf Tournament kicks off with registration at 6AM and tee-off (shot-gun) at 8AM. Tickets are at P4,000 per person inclusive of green fee, caddy, golf cart, lunch and raffle. The tournament is open to the public.
For non-golfers, there will be activities in the club house such as mahjong, bingo, karaoke, Zumba and the like.

Heritage visit
A sentimental trip to Mira Nila, now a national cultural heritage site, to visit our beloved Tita Helen Benitez is slated on February 26, Thursday 4-7 pm.
It’s Balik-PWU on February 27, Friday, starting at 4pm with an open house to see the newly renovated campus and the art gallery featuring works of alumni and students of PWU College of Fine Arts, along with outstanding Filipino painters. The afternoon will be capped by a Bayanihan recital at 6PM. Tickets for the performance are P200 per person including merienda. For reservations call Maylene (+63915-9445094)
Main event
The main event is on February 28, Saturday, - The PWU Grand Alumni Homecoming at the Le Pavillon on Roxas Blvd., Pasay City. Registration starts at 3PM. The Program features presentations by jubilarians, almost jubilarians plus a special number from the original Bayanihan dance troupe, as we go down memory lane, remembering happy days at PWU.
