Megaworld expects P1.35B in sales from Iloilo tower
The new wing, to be completed in 2021, will add 155 units to the township's Paris-inspired residential tower

MANILA, Philippines – Just 3 months since the launch of its residential tower at the Iloilo Business Park, Megaworld Corporation is planning to expand the tower and expecting a total of P1.35 billion in sales, as demand for condominium units soars.

In a statement on Sunday, January 8, Megaworld said it is building a new wing at its Saint Honore residential tower in Iloilo, which is expected to be completed in 2021.

Megaworld will call the new development Saint Honore South Wing – an expansion of the Saint Honore North Wing that was launched in August 2016. (READ: Megaworld to complete Visayas BPO Triangle by 2019)

According to the property developer, its new wing will offer an additional 155 units to the growing residential market at the Iloilo Business Park.

“We are very happy with how the Ilonggo market has received our 4th residential project in Iloilo Business Park,” Jennifer Palmares-Fong, vice president for sales and marketing at Iloilo Business Park, said.

To date, Fong said the Saint Honore North Wing is already 85% sold.

“That is why we need to advance the launch of the South Wing as we continue to receive more inquiries about this project,” she added.

Units at Saint Honore range from studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom, with select units having their own balconies.
