MANILA, Philippines – Real estate developer Ortigas & Company is spending P5.8 billion for its various retail developments.

Ko said Estancia will feature high-end but non-luxurious brands. She said Ortigas & Company is already in talks with several foreign brands to come in and open stores in Estancia.
The shopping center will also feature 3 levels each of parking and retail space as well as 6 levels of office space.
Industria, the smallest retail development of the company, will have a market-feel to it. It will also feature a unique arts and crafts space where exhibits can be mounted.
