Oil companies will implement another price hike on Tuesday, June 25, amid uncertainties in the global market
MANILA, Philippines – Pump prices of petroleum products will rise for the second consecutive week after big-time rollbacks this June.
Shell, Petro Gazz, Caltex, and Seaoil will be slapping an additional P0.30 per liter on gasoline and P0.55 per liter on diesel effective Tuesday, June 25.
Companies which carry kerosene will hike prices by P0.45 per liter.
Other companies are expected to follow the same rates.
Year-to-date adjustments now stand at P3.70 for gasoline, P2.75 for diesel, and P1.10 for kerosene.
The adjustments come as an economic slowdown and trade disputes loom in the international market. – Rappler.com
