You can now reload Beep cards using BPI Online
Beep cards can now be reloaded through BPI Online or the bank's app in 4 steps

MANILA, Philippines – Commuters can now reload Beep cards through BPI Online and the bank’s mobile app. Pre-enrolling the Beep cards are not necessary, too.

AF Payments, the firm behind tap-and-go payment system Beep, shared on Thursday, July 11, the steps on how to do it:

  1. Access either BPI Online or the updated BPI Mobile app.
  2. Under the payments or load option, choose “load e-wallet,” then choose “BEEP.”
  3. Input the 16-digit number found at the back of the Beep card under “reference number” and then enter the load amount.
  4. The cardholder must then proceed to any Beep e-load station found at Light Rail Transit stations or select bus terminals to update the card balance.

A standard service fee of P10 will be charged for every transaction regardless of amount.

“As Filipinos become more mobile and increasingly go cashless, we see more opportunities to make our services more accessible to our cardholders,” said Agnes Padilla, marketing head of AF Payments.

Beep is a tap-and-go payment card used in all 3 elevated railways and select public utility vehicles, tollways, and retail partners. It is reloadable and valid for 4 years. – Rappler.com
