San Francisco-Manila PAL flights to use NAIA-1
Using NAIA-1 for this route until March 24, 2016 will ease the effects of peak travel period, PAL says

MANILA, Philippines – Starting Tuesday, December 8, until March next year, all San Francisco-Manila flights of Philippine Airlines (PAL) will arrive at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 (NAIA-1).

In a news release on Friday, December 4, PAL said flights PR105 and PR115 from San Francisco will arrive at NAIA-1 until March 24, 2016.

Passengers of other international flights will disembark at NAIA-2.

Using Terminals 1 and 2 for arriving US flights will ease the effects of peak travel period, PAL said.

For passengers of affected flights, PAL will provide information on their new terminal assignment through e-mails, airport advisories, and onboard announcements.

Upon arrival at NAIA-1, airport ground staff will meet passengers with connecting flights (at Terminals 2 and 3) once they disembark. Then the airport staff will guide the passengers from the arrival area (immigration, carousel, customs) up to the transfer area where the shuttle buses are located.

“There will be specific shuttle buses for Terminals 2 and 3. Airport staff will be onboard the buses to assist passengers en route to the other terminals for their domestic or international connections,” PAL said.

Apart from San Francisco, PAL also flies to New York, Los Angeles, Honolulu, and Guam in the US. Rappler.com
